Wrong statement
It took two months to receive my picture. I had to have Mr. Shimerman himself, intervene for me to get it. It was personalized to my wife but it was a completely different statement from what I asked for. It was a bad experience. Mr. Shimerman was very gracious, but I blame Fanfair for the problems.
