It took two months to receive my picture. I had to have Mr. Shimerman himself, intervene for me to get it. It was personalized to my wife but it was a completely different statement from what I asked for. It was a bad experience. Mr. Shimerman was very gracious, but I blame Fanfair for the problems.

I grew up watching Bill Nye and now I teach a class of third graders who still enjoy his whimsical and educational videos. I bought this poster to inspire our science lessons and the kids love it!

I ordered a George Takei photo for my wife with a surprise inscription. She easily declared it her favorite Xmas gift. She wasted no time getting it frame and hung on the wall. Looks like I'll be buying even more!

I think very highly of John de Lancie himself, but my order on the site didn't go well. I ordered an item, and paid extra for a custom message. I received what was obviously someone elses (it was signed to some other name, and no custom message) order. I immediately contacted support, and as of this writing has been 6 days with no reply. I had planned to give this as a Christmas gift, which was affected by this un-addressed mishap.
